Give our clients an insight into your business sector
This would be a great way to help them understand the roles that exist and what skills they need. It could be a phone call, video call or a chat over with them at one of our cafes.
Offer work experience
Giving our clients a half day or longer in your business will enable them to see what it's like to work in your sector.
Give interviews
If you're recruiting you could give our client an interview. This will benefit them for the future evnet if they don't secure the job. Many of our clients will have long gaps in their employment history as they have faced issues like homelessness, addiction or poor mental health. They need an employer to look beyond their CV and see the skills and potential they have.
At times we need to give our clients practice interview to prepare them for the real thing. We can do this in-house but having supportive employers who will offer this makes it more real and beneficial.
