Nourish

Providing hot evening meals to rough sleepers and other vulnerable people.

What is Nourish?

Nourish is a service we launched in April 2021 to provide hot evening meals in a safe indoor venue in Norwich city centre. Guests are able to access support and signposting to other services.

The food is prepared in professional kitchens and served by The Feed's staff including trained volunteers.

It is available on these evenings: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Why did it start?

We’re one of seven organisations who are part of Pathways Norwich and collectively we work to prevent rough sleeping. Nourish is one of the projects which helps to achieve this.

Who is it for?

It is for anyone without access to cooking facilities or food. This includes rough sleepers, people in temporary accommodation and other vulnerable groups.

Where do I find out more?

If you want to access the service, provide food or have any other queries please contact Gemma, our Food Provision Coordinator by email NourishGemma@thefeed.org.uk

Volunteers

We need more volunteers to help run Nourish.

If you're interested in volunteering, email nick@thefeed.org.uk for more information and to have a chat.
