Meals

Christmas Day

Norwich Open Christmas – 11am-5pm – St Andrews Hall, Norwich NR3 1AU. Food, entertainment and company. Free of charge. If you need transport, please book by 23rd December. Contact 01603 510751 (choose option 1) or email transport@norwichopenchristmas.org.uk

Hinks Meadow Hall – 1pm - Kingswood Avenue, Thorpe Marriott NR8 6GJ. You need to book in advance as spaces are limited. Call Nicky on 07799 643675 or Kim on 07792 233933 or email mealchristmas@gmail.com

During Christmas Week

Food available on St Peter’s Street (outside City Hall) Monday to Friday from Feed the People and Anon. Sunday evening is from 7pm, otherwise from 7:30 pm

Sunday – Breakfast provided starting from outside Debenhams from 8:15am. Not available Christmas eve, but available on the 31st December.

Foodcycle Norwich – Friends Meeting House, Upper Goat Lane, Norwich NR2 1EW. Free hot meal, just turn up at 7pm. Open every Friday evening throughout the Christmas period.

Pottergate Arc - closed Christmas day and Boxing day. Open 27th-29th Dec 8-1 for all. Closed weekend of 30th – 1st Jan. Re-opens 2nd Jan 8-1, including free hot food.

The Feed's Social Supermarket, Hall Road, Norwich

The store closes at 3.00pm on Friday 22 December and reopens on Tuesday 2 January at 10.00am.

Silver Road Community Fridge and Foodbank

For NR3 residents, but not Mile Cross (because there is a community fridge there- see below). Foodbank on a Thursday and Sat (comm fridge sat 11-3). To access the foodbank, you need to make an appointment by calling 07786694325.

The Food Cabin in Dereham is closed for the Christmas week.

Mid-Norfolk food bank is open Fri 29th Dec 1.00-3.00 at 35 Neathard Road, Dereham, NR19 2AE

Any event where you need food use the Feed. It's amazing and everyone is always impressed.
