The Community Fridge at our Prince of Wales Road café closed on 17th June.
This is so we can launch a new, broader service for people who are struggling to afford food.
The new service is a Social Supermarket and will be based at 65 Hall Road, Norwich, NR1 3HL. It will open in July, we will advise the exact date soon.
What will the Social Supermarket include?
a wide choice of affordable groceries
a Community Fridge providing emergency food for free
opportunity to cook and eat with friends or a social group
hot meals and drinks in a café
advice on debt, housing, health and other issues
