Free Festive Fun at our Waterloo Park Café
Change of Dates!
Our Elf Hunt will now take place on Thursday 22nd when the forecast is better than Friday. It's running 8.30-4.00, no need to book just turn up and make a café purchase.
Our Christmas activity sheets will now be on Friday 23rd, a good indoor activity on what looks to be a wet day.
Introduction
We have a week full of activities taking place from Sunday 18th to Friday 23rd December.
Highlights include a visit from Santa who will be here on the Tuesday, whilst on Friday you can take part in our Elf Hunt around the park!
With schools having broken up, join us for the build up to Christmas Day. Make a note in your diary and tell friends so they can join you.
The events are all free, you just need to make a purchase of our delicious food or drink in the café. No booking is needed other than for the Nature's Winter Detectives event.

Activities
🔸 Sunday 18th Dec: Christmas Crafting 1.00-3.00 make Christmas cards and decorations. Takes place in the Community Room upstairs (supported by Catton Grove Big Local).
🔸 Monday 19th Dec: Nature Detectives 10.00-12.00 Suitable for children 5 yrs + and must be accompanied by an adult. Book in advance by email: waterloo@thefeed.org.uk
🔸 Monday 19th Dec: Christmas Crafting 1.00-3.00 make Christmas cards and decorations. Takes place in the Community Room upstairs (supported by Catton Grove Big Local),
🔸 Tuesday 20th Dec: Meet Santa! 2.00-4.00 in the Community Room upstairs, includes a small gift.
🔸 Wednesday 21st Dec: Biscuit Decorating in the café 10.30-12.00 and 1.00-2.30
🔸 Thursday 22nd Dec: Elf Hunt around the park; 8.30-4.00
🔸 Friday 23rd Dec: Christmas Activity Sheet for children; 8.30-4.00

All events are free as long as you have made a purchase in the café.
No booking needed other than Nature's Winter Detectives event.
Prizes and presents are subject to availability.
We have limited space and time so we can't guarantee participation for everyone if there is high demand.
