The Feed Foundation is an exciting new charity using links with the food and hospitality industry to change the lives of people who have been homeless.

The charity has been established on the back of our social enterprise catering company called The Feed. We have a strong local brand and good connections with industry but now we need an experienced Corporate Fundraiser to help take our organisation to the next level so that we can help more people.

We want to be seen as the sector charity for the thriving food and hospitality industry in Norfolk.

You will need to be keen to work as part of a small team, be energetic, focused and creative.

Market Stall Mentors

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people to join our team as Market Stall Mentors. This is a paid job and you will be teaching people customer service, motivation and coffee making skills. You may have amazing people skills and coffee making experience from working in a café and  you may have experience of working with people who have faced homelessness, mental health issues, substance misuse issues or other major barriers to employment.

Invitation for expressions of interest for freelance trainers

We are inviting ‘expressions of interest’ from freelance trainers who would like to work with The Feed Academy.
The Feed Academy provides high quality training and learning experiences for people who have experienced homelessness, mental health issues, substance misuse issues, have an offending history or other major barriers to employment.

Our aim is to give people skills they need to work in the catering and hospitality industry.

In addition to our staff team we regularly need trainers with specific skills to provide training.

We are particularly keen on hearing from individuals who can provide training in the following areas:

  • Food preparation and cooking
  • Nutrition
  • Personal development (including self esteem, confidence and motivation)
  • Customer service and front of house
  • Employability skills
  • Barista skills
  • Business start up skills
  • Other skills you think we may be interested in!
