Named after Captain Arnold Edward Sandys-Winsch, creator of Waterloo Park and the pavilion, our beautiful community room is situated above the Waterloo Park Pavilion Café and is available to hire.

The current maximum capacity for the Sandys-Winsch Room is 60 standing, 50 seated on chairs and 40 seated at tables and chairs

Yes, we can supply catering for your event. Please email for more information or see our catering menu above

We cannot supply alcohol but you can bring your own for an event. We would advise that the behaviour in the room, should always be with the community at mind. We are always mindful that some of the people we support, may have faced challenges with alcohol, therefore there may be times when it is not appropriate for us to allow alcohol and we will advise you of that at the point of booking.

Room Only – From £12.50 per hour
Room and Side Kitchen – From £15 per hour
Room plus Catering Services from the Waterloo Park Pavilion Café – From £5 per hour plus catering costs. Please enquire for catering package

Yes, all ground floor areas are accessible and there is a lift to the first floor community room
